Compliance & Disclaimers

FinData Consultant ("we," "our," or "us") provides this information to ensure transparency regarding our compliance frameworks, system integrations, and the scope of our services. This page outlines important disclaimers that apply to our engagements.
ZATCA Phase 2 E-Invoicing Disclaimer
Our corporate transaction processing systems are architected to map to active ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) Phase 2 electronic invoicing mandates and digital formatting specifications. We configure our invoicing pipelines to generate, store, and transmit e-invoices in compliance with ZATCA's technical and regulatory requirements for businesses operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, final responsibility for ensuring that generated invoices meet all ZATCA requirements — including correct VAT calculation, QR code generation, and timely submission — rests with the client. We recommend that clients engage directly with ZATCA or their legal advisors for definitive compliance validation.
International Tax Frameworks
Our services include structural tracking and advisory support for international tax obligations, including:
- US Sales Tax: Monitoring and advisory support for sales tax nexus determination, registration, filing, and remittance across US states.
- European Union VAT: Cross-border VAT compliance tracking, including One-Stop Shop (OSS) filings, import VAT, and intra-community supply reporting.
- Asia-Pacific GST: Support for Goods and Services Tax compliance in applicable APAC jurisdictions, including registration, return preparation, and input tax credit management.
These services are provided as advisory and compliance support. They do not constitute legal tax advice or replace the need for qualified local tax counsel in each jurisdiction.
Third-Party System Integrations
Our platform may facilitate automated background data synchronization with third-party software applications, including but not limited to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, banking portals, bookkeeping platforms, and national compliance servers. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and reliability of these integrations, we disclaim all liability for:
- Service disruptions or data inaccuracies caused by third-party system changes, outages, or API modifications.
- Data breaches or security incidents originating from third-party systems outside our direct control.
- Compliance failures resulting from incorrect configuration or data provided by third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials, API keys, and access tokens. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication on all connected platforms.
